About Addictive Adventure

The journey we have been on started with a twist of fate right out of High School. I was about to enter the Naval Academy in less than 2 weeks, so I headed out to go enjoy my 2 favorite passions, fishing and moto touring before buckling down at college taking engineering courses.

The salmon fishing was epic that weekend on the Washington coast, so as I headed back east on my Kawasaki having caught my limits of Coho the future seemed limitless.

That is until the physical limits of an immovable force pulled right in front of my motorcycle…yes, a pickup trying to cross the highway…but failing to see me until I center punched them at 60mph.

My trajectory was altered immediately, AND for my long-term future. Having been left without a scholarship, I had to go to work to put myself through college. Eventually landing a job in the outdoor industry, one of my other passions.

I spent several years buying and making the products until the opportunity arose where I could start designing and developing gear. I had found my happy place!

After enjoying many great years and much success, the burdens of becoming a big company sucked the fun out of the business so I decided it was time to move on. As fate would have it, I found a small manufacturing company with a small team of smart and talented folks who were also passionate Adventure Seekers.

They taught me how to manufacture environmental control devices (industrial pollution removal) and soon we started to brainstorm solving consumer product problems.

With decades of experience designing world-class gear and equipment, our team knows how to find and solve problems. Since we are all users of the products we create, we always are looking for a simple, elegant, and effective solution to every gear-related problem.

We believe in making things locally whenever possible. Since we own our own factory, we know every single product will perform as intended. We also control our delivery performance by building just what our customers want when they want it.

Experience Our Great Gear

Yes, we believe in making things locally whenever possible. Since we own our own factory right here in the great Pacific Northwest of the USA, we know every single product will perform as intended.

We also control our delivery performance by building just what our customers want when they want it. We do not fill our warehouse with last season’s gear and closeouts.
