At Addictive Adventure, all transactions are processed in USD currency only. Prices seen on the page can be converted from USD to your local currency by selecting your currency in the drop down at top right of page.
Shipping & Delivery Policy:
We ship our product to most countries worldwide.
Please be sure to enter your address correctly. We are NOT responsible for lost packages due to an incomplete or incorrect address.
While we strive to deliver goods in the time frame we specify, we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries outside of this time frame as we rely on third party shipping companies to facilitate our deliveries. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
The processing time for orders is generally 2-5 business days. Once an order has been processed a tracking number will be generated and forwarded to you via email. If you have not received your tracking number within 7 business days, kindly inform us by email at email@example.com and include your order number.
Once your item/s is dispatched, estimated delivery time is 12-21 days for United States and up to 30 days internationally. Please note that there may be some unforeseen circumstances beyond our control that may lead to delays for example, customs, public/national holidays, natural disaster, air and ground transportation strikes or delays etc.
Please be aware: All FREE Gifts from our store will not fall under the standard shipping times and may take 25 days or longer to receive your gift.

Return & Exchange Policy:
We will only reimburse you if the item is deemed to be defective or damaged and you have notified us within 7 days of receipt of the item.
Buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product defect or damage.
Please email us at email@example.com we will assess the claim and respond. If the claim is substantiated we will offer either a replacement or full refund.
In the event you wish to return the purchased item, all costs related including the shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer.
Return only eligible while the item received is not as described from our website. Customer must report the case to us within 7 days after the delivered date. A video or picture evidence is needed to prove that the item does not match the product description on our website. The return item must be unopened. A full refund will be credited after we receive the item in good condition. Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation & Amendment of Order Policy:
Cancellation on Orders
In the event you wish to cancel your order, you MUST contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
Be advised that any cancellations requested after 12 hours of completion of purchase may be too late to cancel if the shipping has been initiated.
Amendments to Orders
If you wish to amend an order, you MUST contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. All efforts will be made to accommodate your request however it may not be possible if shipping has been initiated.
