30 Day Return Policy

We are confident that you will love our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. To return an item, please contact us at with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a return label. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund.

One Year Warranty

All of our products are covered by a one year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product malfunctions within one year of purchase, please contact us at with your order number and a description of the problem. We will repair or replace the product at our discretion.

Exceptions

Personalized items are not eligible for return or refund.

Items that have been used or damaged are not eligible for return or refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
